In 2003 I entered a competition on the local radio station 91ZM.
The prize was a day skiing or snowboarding for you and a friend at the
Porter Heights Ski Field for free!!!
Porter Heights is just outside of Christchurch. I took my son and we had a ball.

This is one of "The Black Thunders." They travel the streets of Christchurch giving away goodies to people passing by. We were picked up in this by Chris on the 15th of July at 8am to be driven up to the slopes in style. |
